Ice Cream Melon
Ingredients :
- 200 gr meat melons , blender until soft
- 600 ml fresh milk
- 60 ml double cream
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 3 spoonfulls condensed milk
- 1 spoonfull cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon melon’s esen
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Steps :
- mix cornmeal , granulated sugar and fresh milk . Stew them while continuing to stir , until boiling. Remove and cooled it down
- Then, add soft melon’s meat and salt , mix well
- put in freezer one night . get out them and mix again (do 3 until 4 mixed)
- Put on glass , pour with melon’s syrup and your ice cream is ready (for 10 portion)
